To contribute to the improvement of professionalism through continuous in-service training in emerging trends in Medical Laboratory Science, scientific research & advancement in diagnostic laboratory science and technology.

To create a forum for information exchange and dissemination among its members through electronic and print media; publications, conferences and workshops or seminars.
